How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders allow you to reserve an album before its official release or order certain albums that are temporarily out of stock.

As a developing independent shop, this system allows us to adjust quantities with suppliers and offer a wider catalog.

During the pre-order period, items are ordered based on demand.

TAEKKI SHOP is a developing independent shop, built with its community.

Items are shipped upon receipt after the official release.

⚠️ Pre-order bonuses (photocards, posters, etc.) are only guaranteed for orders placed during the official pre-order period.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times occur in two stages:

Korea → TAEKKI SHOP

  • Albums already released: 2 to 5 business days
  • Special items (POBs, magazines, etc.): 5 to 7 business days

TAEKKI SHOP → to your home

  • Colissimo delivery: 2 to 3 business days

A tracking number is sent as soon as your order is shipped.

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Some offers may include free shipping from a minimum amount (occasional special offer).

Do you ship internationally?

TAEKKI SHOP currently only ships within France.
Opening to other countries is planned soon.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit card (secure payment)
  • PayPal

All transactions are secured via a certified payment platform.

Are there any customs or VAT fees?

No.

All potential import fees are covered by TAEKKI SHOP beforehand.

The displayed price is the final price: no additional fees will be requested upon delivery.

VAT not applicable – article 293 B of the General Tax Code.

Can I order in-stock and pre-order items together?

Yes.

Two options are available:

  • Grouped shipping: your order is sent when all items are available
  • Separate shipping: in-stock items can be sent immediately

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are processed or shipped, generally within 24 to 48 business hours.

Once the order has been prepared or shipped, no modifications are possible.

Can I return an item?

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

⚠️ Opened, unsealed, or used albums are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact me within 48 hours of receipt, with photos or videos of the product concerned.

A solution will be proposed depending on the case: replacement or partial or full refund.

⚠️ Minor printing defects, corner damage, or issues related to international transport are not always considered major defects.

My package is lost or marked as delivered but not received

Contact me promptly so that an investigation can be opened with the carrier.

Depending on the results, an appropriate solution will be proposed (refund or reshipment).

Can I choose an album version?

Unless otherwise specified, versions are shipped randomly based on available stock.

However, you can contact me by email to indicate your preferred version. As far as possible and depending on the stock received, I will do my best to include your preference in your order.

Will out-of-stock items return?

Some items may be restocked, but this is not guaranteed.

Pre-orders remain the best way to secure a product.
