How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders allow you to reserve your K-pop albums before their official release. Once the order is placed, I receive the products from Korea and ship them to you as soon as they arrive. Delivery times generally vary between 4 to 8 weeks after the release date.
Are the albums official?
Yes! All products are 100% official and HANTEO certified. Every purchase counts towards official charts and directly supports your favorite artists.
When will I receive my order?
For in-stock products, shipping takes 2-3 business days. For pre-orders, please allow 4 to 8 weeks after the official album release. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but regarding pre-orders, they can be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours after your order. After this time, I unfortunately can no longer make changes as the orders have already been sent to my suppliers in Korea.
What is your return policy?
I accept returns within 14 days of receipt for defective or damaged products. K-pop albums cannot be returned if opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Contact me with any questions.
